Our goal is to provide grass fed premium Wagyu beef to our customers while implementing regenerative management strategies to continuously improve the land we work. We strive to stay up to date on best practices in order to be part of the solution to the current environment and health issues facing our planet today.

Roots & Reins is an elevated farm-to-table dining experience celebrating the artistry of live-fire cooking, exceptional Fullblood Wagyu, and the connection between land, ranching, and community. Featuring Yampa Valley Ranch Fullblood Wagyu and a thoughtfully curated menu by Chef Justylyn Alair of The Nomadic Table, the evening will be an unforgettable culinary experience rooted in authenticity, craftsmanship, and the story of the working West.

Guest Policies & Event Information

21+ for alcohol – Valid ID required. No outside alcohol permitted.

All sales final – No refunds. Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval.

Weather – Event is rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for outdoor ranch conditions and changing mountain weather.

Dietary needs – Requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions, accommodations cannot be guaranteed without advance notice.

Respectful conduct – Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

No outside animals – No outside pets or animals are permitted, except for certified service animals as defined by applicable law.

Liability waiver – Attendance and participation are at your own risk. By purchasing a ticket, guests assume all risks associated with attending an outdoor ranch event and release The Nomadic Table, Yampa Valley Ranch, property owners, partners, and affiliates from liability for injury, loss, or damage.

Photos may be taken – By attending, you consent to photography and video that may be used for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes by The Nomadic Table and event partners.

Parking & terrain – Guests should expect uneven ground, dirt paths, and natural ranch terrain. Appropriate footwear is recommended.
