In addition to our American Wagyu, grass fed/ grass finished line, we are now offering a limited, premium 100% Fullblood Wagyu, grass fed / 180 day grain finished line.
We are now accepting deposits for Quarter and Half cows for the Summer 2026 season. *Great year to buy in bulk with current beef prices :) Email ali@yampavalleyranch.com to place deposit.

Our American Wagyu line is 50/50 Wagyu / Angus. This line is 100% grass fed and grass finished on our ranch using extensive regenerative management practices. The finished product has excellent marbling from the Wagyu side and an overall fantastic depth of flavor. The flavor is more grass forward, but not overwhelming. This line hits all the grass fed/finished health benefits (ie. Increased omega-3 fatty acid, more Alpha-linolenic acid fatty acids, etc.).

Our Fullblood Wagyu line is 100% Wagyu. This line is grass fed with extensive regenerative management practices then grain finished for 180 days on our ranch (never sent off to feedlots). The finished product has increased intra muscular marbling, is incredibly tender, and has an impressive depth of flavor with a slight sweetness from the grain finishing. A truly remarkable flavor profile.
